Developing teaching performance of teachers through life skills with special reference to interpersonal skills

Abstract
This study aims to develop Teaching performance using Life Skills especially Interpersonal Skills among Teachers. The importance of interpersonal relationships that assent on the emotional and social development of students is also focused on in this study. The effect of Inter personal Skills is seen from the teacher's ability which includes a variety of skills such as Speaking Skills, Classroom control, effective teaching, monitoring student's activities. The interpersonal relationship between the teacher and student is very essential in creating attractive teaching and learning along with creating a friendly atmosphere, sharing feelings, affection, and empathy attitude.
