When we put different kinds of elements in a pressure cooker, the pressure is evaded when the whistle blows otherwise the cooker will blast. In the same way, at work place the different elements here could be different people and the pressure cooker is office set up. Everyone has a different temperament and so in a closed and testing environment of any work place, egos will clash. This may lead to low productivity and unhappy workers.
